摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢集团朝阳钢铁有限公司化检验数字化管理系统的开发思路。应用后,实现了检验数据自动采集全覆盖、线上精度数字化管理、线上进度和周期自动监控、统计分析报表自动生成和实验室耗材线上动态管理等,有效提高了检验数据的准确性和稳定性,提升了检测系统精度,做到了对生产情况的及时预判和问题诊断,实现了系统降本。The development idea on the digital management system for chemical and physical inspecting in Chaoyang Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.of Ansteel Group Co.,Ltd.was introduced.After the system was put into operation,all these functions in terms of automatic collecting of all inspection data,online digital management for degree of accuracy,online automatic progress-monitoring and cycle-monitoring,online automatic generating of report forms on statistical analysis and online dynamic management for consumptive materials at laboratory were achieved,which effectively improved the accuracy and stability of the inspection data,promoted the precision of the detection system,achieved timely pre-judgment and problem diagnosis on production conditions,and realized the reduction of cost systematically.
