摘　　要：德国作为移民大国,近四分之一的人口有移民背景,但德国新闻媒体业有移民背景的记者人数并不多。德国新闻媒体行业对当前关于世界和环境的报道也缺乏多元化视角,主要从德国和欧洲的文化历史角度进行报道和解释。德国新闻媒体应加强不同文化群体之间的沟通,认识世界文化的多样性将是德国新闻和媒体行业未来的发展趋势。As a country of many immigrants,Germany has nearly a quarter of its population with immigrant background,but the number of journalists with immigrant background in the German news media industry is not large,and current reports on the world and environment by the German news media industry are devoid of diversified perspectives,mostly reported or explained from the perspective of German and European culture and history.It is held that the German news media should strengthen communication among different cultural groups,and understanding the diversity of world culture will be trend of the development for German news and media industry in future.
