0.35 g。Using the in vitro plantlets of Dioscorea persimilis cultivars"Qingliuxueshu"and"Mingxihuaishan"as experimental materials, this paper aimed to study the effects of interaction between different concentrations of white granule sugar(instead of sucrose)and activated carbon on the microtuber induction. The results showed that the weight of single tuber and the proportion of effective tubers significantly increased with the increase of white granule sugar concentration within a certain range.Different varieties had different reactions to the interaction between white granule sugar and activated carbon.MS basal medium supplemented with KT 2.0 mg/L,NAA 0.2 mg/L,activated carbon 1.0 g/L and white granule sugar 40 g/L was the optimum for the microtuber induction of"Qingliuxueshu",with a highest induction rate of 87.5%and 0.49 g average single tuber weight;the optimum medium for the microtuber induction of"Mingxihuaishan"contained MS basal medium,KT 2.0 mg/L,NAA 0.2 mg/L,activated carbon 0.5 g/L and white granule sugar 60 g/L,achieving a 70.83%induction rate and 0.35 g average single tuber weight.
