摘　　要：目的研究全程精准护理模式在乳腺癌手术患者的应用效果,为临床护理实践提供有效的依据。方法通过查找相关文献,科室护理团队讨论,构建乳腺癌手术患者的全程精准护理模式。对80名在我科住院行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者采用全程精准护理模式进行管理,进行效果评价。结果通过研究,干预后观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,而生存质量均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经分析并总结相关文献报道,对于乳腺癌手术患者采用全程精准护理模式进行护理,能有效地降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者的生存质量,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of the application of the whole-course precision nursing model in breast cancer surgery patients and provide an effective basis for clinical nursing practice.Methods By searching relevant literature and discussing with the nursing team in the department,we constructed a whole-course precision nursing model for breast cancer surgery patients.Eighty breast cancer patients who were hospitalized in our department for surgical treatment were managed with the whole-course precision nursing model,and the results were evaluated.Results Through the study,the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after the intervention,while the quality of survival was all higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After analyzing and summarizing the relevant literature reports,it is worthwhile to promote the clinical use of the whole-course precision nursing model for the care of breast cancer surgery patients,which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the survival quality of patients.
