5E康复管理模式在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨5E康复管理模式在脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中的应用效果。方法采取便利抽样法,选取郑州大学第二附属医院2020年5月—2021年4月收治的98例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组49例和试验组49例。对照组采用脑卒中偏瘫常规康复管理模式,试验组采取5E康复管理模式,比较两组患者运动功能、生活质量。结果干预3个月后,试验组和对照组患者的运动功能评分、生活质量评分均高于干预前,且试验组运动功能评分和生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论5E康复管理模式可改善脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能康复结局,提高生活质量水平。Objective To explore the application effect of 5E rehabilitation management model in the rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 98 stroke patients with hemiplegia who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected by the convenient sampling method.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=49)and the experimental group(n=49).The control group adopted the conventional rehabilitation management mode of stroke hemiplegia,while the experimental group adopted the 5E rehabilitation management model.Motor function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the motor function scores and quality of life scores of the experimental group and the control group were higher than those before intervention,and the motor function scores and quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The 5E rehabilitation management model can improve the outcome of limb function rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
