摘  要:本试验选用布置PVC管道并辅以离心风机通风降温的大米堆垛为试验堆垛,以未布置PVC管道的大米堆垛为对照,以平均粮温、中心点粮温、水分为评价指标,研究了在同等条件下有管道堆垛与实心堆垛的降温成效对比。结果表明:试验组布置PVC管道辅以离心风机的降温效果明显,降到预定温度仅需88 h,水分损失不大,所需能耗较小,降温效率高且均温效果好。In this experiment,rice stacks with PVC pipes and ventilation and cooling by centrifugal fans were selected as the test stacks,the rice stacks without PVC pipes were used as the control,and the average grain temperature,central grain temperature and moisture were used as the evaluation indicators.The comparison of cooling effect between pipe stacking and solid stacking under the same conditions was studied.The results show that the cooling effect of the test group with the arrangement of PVC pipes supplemented by centrifugal fans is obvious.It only takes 88 hours to drop to the predetermined temperature,the water loss is not large,the energy consumption is small,the cooling efficiency is high,and the temperature uniformity effect is good.
