摘  要:文章针对普通家用轿车的硬质仪表板激光弱化结构,制定了在常温条件下从样条到子系统验证的完整试验研究方案,创建了适合激光弱化结构力学特性的材料本构模拟方式,在项目实践中得到了全面的检验。为项目出现失效问题以后的激光弱化工艺参数调整提供了重要参考,大大减少了仪表板制造工艺调整的周期和成本,也为高低温激光弱化结构的力学特性研究提供了宝贵的经验和技术指导。As for the laser weakening structure of the hard instrument panel of normal family car, a complete experimental research scheme from coupon test to subsystem validation under room temperature conditions is developed, and a material constitutive simulation method suitable for the mechanical properties of laser weakening structure is created, which has been comprehensively tested in the project practice. It provides an important reference for the adjustment of laser weakening process parameters after the failure of the physical test, greatly reduces the cycle and cost of instrument panel manufacturing process adjustment, and also provides valuable experience and technical guidance for the study of mechanical characteristics of hot and cold temperature laser weakening structure.
