术语技术在医学口译中的应用研究

摘　　要：医学术语来源复杂、词缀丰富,具有丰富的同义词现象;同时,医学词汇也高度依赖于特定的疾病背景。这些特点给医学口译带来一定的困难,例如:译员在医学同义词术语记忆方面有困难;口译过程中难以瞬间在长时记忆中提取当下语境中常用的对等术语,从而造成术语误用,导致医学口译活动质量和客户满意度下降。结合术语技术,提出建立医学同义词术语库,帮助医学口译员进行术语深层激活与记忆;建立语境依赖型医学术语库,为医学口译提供医学术语语境支撑,以技术赋能医学口译,消除医学口译员工作中术语记忆和使用的障碍,使术语资源成为医学口译行为的重要语言资产,促进术语技术在医学口译中的应用研究。The Healthy China 2030 and Global Community of Health Initiative increasingly promotes the medical translation as an indispensable bridge for the communication of China′s medicine internationalization.Medical terms feature complex sources and rich affixes,in which appear abundant synonyms.Also,medical terms is highly dependent on the specific disease contexts.The two characteristics hamper interpreters to memorize English medical terms and provide common equivalent terms in context to meet clients′preferences,which declines the quality of medical interpreting and customer satisfaction.Based on terminology technology,the study focuses on how to collect medical terms for creation of parallel corpora before medical interpreting,how to conduct a search during the course of interpreting,and how to manage the parallel corpora afterwards to solve the above problems.Thus,utilization of terminology technology can not only settle these difficulties,but also enables medical terms to be significant language sources for interpreters.
