摘　　要：党的二十大报告把“治理”改革摆到更加突出的重要位置。职业本科教育的稳步发展离不开治理改革的持续深化,生态化治理是推动职业本科教育办学与育人质量提升的有效因应。职业本科教育生态化治理不仅是适应复合型专业人才培养的重要保障,还是健全职业教育体系的迫切需要,更是推进职业本科教育现代化的战略之举。立足新发展格局,职业本科教育生态化治理具有“共利—共商—共赢”的内生机理,映射出和谐共生的治理理念、公开透明的治理框架以及协调适配的治理方式。面向未来,必须厘清职业本科教育治理主体的成员边界,加强治理的过程质量,塑造相应的治理话语体系,推动治理结果的有序执行,以此促成体系完善、结构合理、协作顺畅的生态化治理行为。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put the reform of"governance"in a more prominent position.The steady development of vocational undergraduate education cannot be separated from the continuous deepening of governance reform.Ecological governance is an effective response to promote the quality of vocational undergraduate education.The ecological governance of vocational undergraduate education is not only an important guarantee to adapt to the training of compound professional talents,but also an urgent need to improve the vocational education system,and also a strategic move to promote the modernization of vocational undergraduate education.Based on the new development pattern,the ecological governance of vocational undergraduate education has an endogenous mechanism of"mutual benefit⁃mutual consultation⁃win⁃win",which reflects the governance concept of harmonious coexistence,an open and transparent governance framework,and a coordinated and appropriate governance mode.Facing the future,it is necessary to clarify the member boundary of the governance subject of vocational undergraduate education,strengthen the process quality of governance,shape the corresponding governance discourse system,and promote the orderly implementation of governance results,so as to promote the ecological governance behavior with perfect system,reasonable structure and smooth cooperation.
