摘  要:为了能够实现人工智能时代的智慧场景化建设,满足游泳馆智能化管理和游泳运动者对游泳安全的需求,文中设计一种基于物联网和人工智能的智能游泳安全监管和险情报警系统。该系统以Raspberry Pi 4作为核心控制器,搭建集成多个传感器检测用户身体状态,并组建内部局域网实现摄像头、水下用户端手环和中央控制大屏的通信。系统设计主要包含监护对象端的用户状态监护和施救端的提示预警。经过实验测试,系统能够对监护对象动态情况进行有效的实时监测,对游泳者所处的危险现象进行预警,及时发现并排除安全隐患和险情。所设计系统能够对游泳潜在的风险形成预案,当风险出现时给出积极的应对措施,具有引导性、及时性、全面性、高效性的特点,可为游泳区域管理提供一个领先的安全管理手段,实现系统化、立体化、实时化、全方位、无死角的动态管控。In order to realize the intelligent scenario construction in the era of artificial intelligence and meet the requirements of intelligent management of swimming pools and swimming athletes for swimming safety,an intelligent swimming safety supervision and danger alarm system based on Internet of Things and artificial intelligence is designed.In the system,the Raspberry Pi 4 is used as the core controller,multiple sensors are built and integrated to detect the user's physical state,and an internal local area network is formed to realize the communication of cameras,underwater user bracelets and central control large screens.The system design mainly includes user status monitoring at the monitoring object end and prompt early warning at the rescue end.The experimental results show that the system can effectively monitor the dynamic situation of the monitored object in real time,give early warning against the dangerous phenomena of swimmers,and timely find and eliminate potential safety hazards and dangerous situations.The designed system can form a pre⁃arranged planning for potential swimming risks,and provide positive response measures when risks occur.It has the characteristics of guidance,timeliness,comprehensiveness and efficiency.It can provide a leading safety management means for swimming area management,and achieve systematic,three⁃dimensional,real⁃time and all⁃round dynamic control.
