中药养眼牛奶对透镜诱导型豚鼠近视化发育的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药养眼牛奶对抑制透镜诱导型豚鼠近视发生发展的疗效,为临床推广提供理论依据。方法选取3周龄豚鼠55只,均分为5组:除空白组外,每组豚鼠右眼予以-8.00D凹透镜诱导近视,每日分别予以中药养眼牛奶、普通牛奶、养眼方、生理盐水各2mL灌胃。分别在干预前、第2、4周测量5组屈光度及眼轴长度。结果干预4周后5组间眼轴长度与屈光度比较有显著差异(P<0.01);与空白组相比,其余4组近视度数不同程度增高,眼轴长度增长(P<0.05);中药养眼牛奶组近视度数及眼轴长度增长均低于其余3组(P<0.05)。结论中药养眼牛奶组与中药组、普通牛奶组均可明显延缓豚鼠实验性近视化发育,在控制眼轴及屈光度方面,中药养眼牛奶组优于中药组,中药组优于普通牛奶组(P<0.01)。Objective To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Eye-raising milk on lens-induced myopic(LIM)development in guinea pigs,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical promotion.Methods Sixty 3-week-old guinea pigs were selected and divided into 5 groups:except for the control group,the right eye of guinea pigs in each group was treated with-8.00D concave lens to induce myopia,and 2 mL of TCM eye-raising milk,ordinary milk,TCM eye-raising prescription and normal saline were given daily by gavage.The diopter and axial length of the five groups were measured before intervention,at the second and fourth weeks.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,there were significant differences in axial length and refraction among the 5 groups(P<0.02).Compared with the control group,the myopia degree and axial length of the other 4 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The increase of myopia degree and axial length in the TCM eye nourishing milk group were lower than those in the other three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The experimental myopic development of guinea pigs can be delayed obviously in the TCM eye-raising milk group,the TCM eye-raising prescription group and the ordinary milk group.The TCM milk group is better than the TCM eye-raising prescription group and the TCM eye-raising prescription group is better than the ordinary milk group in the control of ocular axis and refraction(P<0.01).
