基于肿瘤微环境探讨扶正解毒类中药抑制胃癌细胞增殖的研究进展

摘　　要：胃癌是消化系统最常见的肿瘤之一,严重危害人类生命健康。肿瘤微环境是胃癌细胞发生发展的重要场所,与胃癌细胞的异常增殖存在紧密关联。该文系统综述了肿瘤微环境与胃癌细胞增殖的相互作用、中医对胃癌肿瘤微环境的认识及中医药干预作用机制。阐述了扶正解毒类中药通过阻滞细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡,减少能量供应、改善营养代谢,调节炎性环境、逆转免疫抑制等途径调控肿瘤微环境抑制胃癌细胞增殖的研究进展,为中医药防治胃癌提供新思路。Gastric cancer is one of the most common tumors in the digestive system,which seriously endangers human life and health. Tumor microenvironment is an important place for the occurrence and development of gastric cancer cells,which is closely related to the abnormal proliferation of gastric cancer cells. This paper systematically summarizes the interaction between tumor microenvironment and proliferation of gastric cancer cells, the understanding of Chinese medicine on gastric cancer microenvironment and the intervention mechanism of Chinese medicine. This paper expounds the research progress of Chinese medicine of reinforcing healthy qi and resolving toxin type in regulating tumor microenvironment and inhibiting the proliferation of gastric cancer cells by blocking cell cycle,inducing cell apoptosis, reducing energy supply, improving nutritional metabolism, regulating inflammatory environment,reversing immunosuppression and other ways,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer with Chinese medicine.
