摘　　要：“秋风起,吃螃蟹”,秋天不仅是吃货们蟹宴的狂欢,更是烟台人家家户户吃肥蟹的季节。金秋的烟台,天高云淡,海蓝蓝;山熟果红,树甸甸;蟹肥虾鲜,鱼上岸。在九月开海之后,黄渤海里的各种海鲜活蹦乱跳齐齐上船。不同的“鲜”、目不暇接的“鲜”、无与伦比的“鲜”,强烈地刺激着鼻粘膜,唤醒着因封海而沉睡了几个月的味蕾儿。When Yantai locals invited guests to dinner, crabs are always served in accordance with the number of diners.
