摘  要:目的考察刺玫果对肾阳虚大鼠性激素相关基因表达的影响,阐明其性激素样的作用机制。方法以氢化可的松致肾阳虚大鼠为模型,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,检测刺玫果对雌性肾阳虚模型大鼠子宫组织中激素受体ER、PR、钙调蛋白CaM表达水平以及雄性大鼠睾丸组织中主要合成酶(StAR、P450scc、3β-HSD、17β-HSD)、CaM表达影响。结果刺玫果可使模型大鼠雌性子宫组织ER、PR表达下调,CaM表达调节不显著;雄性睾丸组织CaM、StAR、P450scc表达上调,3β-HSD、17β-HSD表达下调。结论刺玫果的类性激素机制可能与增强受体敏感性及提高睾酮合成途径相关限速酶的蛋白表达有关。Objective To investigate the effect of Rosa davurica Pall. on the expression of sex hormone-related genes in kidney-yang deficiency rats, and clarify its sex hormone-like mechanism of action. Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the expression levels of ER, PR hormone receptors and calmodulin CaM in the uterine tissue of female model rats, and the main synthase(StAR, P450 scc, 3β-HSD, 17β-HSD) and CaM in the testis tissue of male model rats by taking hydrocortisone-induced kidney-yang deficiency rats as a model. Results The expression levels of ER and PR can be down-regulated, and CaM is not significantly regulated in female uterine tissues of model rats;CaM, StAR, P450 scc in male testicular tissues are up-regulated, and 3β-HSD and 17β-HSD are down-regulated caused by Rosa davurica Pall. Conclusion It may be related to enhancing receptor sensitivity and increasing the protein expression of rate-limiting enzymes in the testosterone synthesis pathway for the sex hormone-like mechanism of Rosa davurica Pall.
