摘　　要：中医气血理论认为,气血是构成人体的最基本物质,也是维持人体生命活动的物质基础。血管重构多由于心气虚衰则运血无力,络脉失养,瘀血内停,故气虚血瘀是血管重构的主要病机,但发生发展过程中往往兼夹多个病因病机,表现为虚实夹杂。PIEZO1是血管领域一个重要的基因,提供了血管调节的重要物质基础。因此,血管重构可能是与血管内细胞PIEZO1机械敏感蛋白结构和生理病理功能相关。该研究采用中医经典理论加离子通道的“理-证-药”结合的研究思路与方法,为中医药“精准医疗”治疗血管重构提供范式。According to the theory of Qi and blood in Traditional Chinese medicine,Qi and blood is the most basic substance of human body and also the material basis of maintaining human activities.The main pathogenesis of vascular remodeling is Qi deficiency and blood stasis.However,the occurrence and development of Qi deficiency and blood stasis are often accompanied by multiple etiologies and pathogenesis,presenting as a mixture of deficiency and reality.PIEZO1 is an important gene in the field of blood vessels,which provides an important material basis for vascular regulation.Therefore,the vascular remodeling may be related to the structure and physiopathological function of PIEZO1.The research is based on the classical theory of TCM,combining theory,syndrome and medicine,and ion channel,which provides a paradigm for the treatment of vascular remodeling with'precision medicine'of TCM.
