加味左金丸联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和证临床研究  

Clinical Study on Modified Zuojin Pills Combined with Mosapril for Functional Dyspepsia with Liver Qi Invading the Stomach Syndrome

摘　　要：目的:观察加味左金丸联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和证的临床疗效及对患者胃肠激素的影响。方法:以随机数字表法将98例功能性消化不良肝胃不和证患者分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组予以莫沙必利治疗,观察组予以加味左金丸联合莫沙必利治疗,2组均治疗8周。比较2组临床疗效、症状评分、胃肠激素水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率95.92%,高于对照组81.63%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组功能性消化不良症状日记(FDSD)评分及胃肠道症状积分(GIS)均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组FDSD评分及GIS均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),胆囊收缩素(CCK)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组GAS、MTL水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),CCK水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率6.12%,与对照组10.20%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味左金丸联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和证疗效较好,可改善症状,调节胃肠激素,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Zuojin pills combined with mosapril for functional dyspepsia with liver qi invading the stomach syndrome and its effect on gastrointestinal hormones.Methods:A total of 98 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia with liver qi invading the stomach syndrome were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapril,and the observation group was treated with modified Zuojin pills combined with mosapril.Both groups were treated for eight weeks.The clinical effects,symptom scores,levels of gastrointestinal hormones and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.92%in the observation group,higher than that of 81.63%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Functional Dyspepsia Symptom Diary(FDSD)scores and gastrointestinal symptom score(GIS)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the FDSD scores and GIS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of cholecystokinin(CCK)were decreased(P<0.05);the levels of GAS and MTL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the CCK level was lower(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.12%in the observation group and 10.20%in the control group,and there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zuojin pills combined with mosapril has a good curative effect in treating functional dyspepsia with liver qi invading the stomach syndrome,can improve symptoms and regulate gastrointestinal hormones,with high safety.
