熊胆粉滴眼液联合他克莫司治疗卡他性结膜炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察熊胆粉滴眼液联合他克莫司治疗卡他性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法:纳入卡他性结膜炎患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各40例。2组均给予他克莫司滴眼液治疗,研究组在此基础上联合熊胆粉滴眼液治疗。观察比较2组临床总有效率、症状消失时间及治愈时间、不良反应发生率,并于治疗前后统计2组症状体征评分变化。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为92.50%,对照组为77.50%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组流泪、眼痒、怕热畏光、异物感、滤泡、乳头、白眼红赤、胞睑红肿等症状体征评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组上述各项评分均较治疗前明显降低,且研究组各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组流泪、眼痒、怕热畏光、异物感等症状消失时间及平均治愈时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为7.50%,对照组为5.00%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:熊胆粉滴眼液联合他克莫司治疗卡他性结膜炎疗效优于单用他克莫司治疗,可快速改善患者的临床症状和体征,且用药安全性良好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Xiongdan-powder eye drops combined with tacrolimus on catarrh conjunctivitis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with catarrh conjunctivitis were enrolled and divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with tacrolimus eye drops,and the study group was additionally treated with Xiongdan-powder eye drops based on the treatment of the control group.The total clinical effective rates,disappearance time of symptoms,cure time of symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups,and the changes of scores of symptoms and signs were counted before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 92.50%in the study group and 77.50%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the scores of symptoms and signs such as tearing,eye itching,dislike of heat and photophobia,sensation of foreign body,follicles,nipples,redness of sclera and red and swelling eyelid(P>0.05);after treatment,the above scores in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time and average cure time of tearing,eye itching,dislike of heat and photophobia and sensation of foreign body in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.50%in the study group and 5.00%in the control group,there being no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Xiongdan-powder eye drops combined with tacrolimus has a better therapeutic effect than tacrolimus alone on the treatment of catarrh conjunctivitis,which can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms and si
