摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台研究潘俊辉教授治疗肺癌的用药规律,为制定“岭南平治肺病”的肺癌治疗方案提供参考。方法:收集2019年5月—2021年4月潘俊辉教授在门诊治疗肺癌的医案资料,按照纳入标准与剔除标准筛选后录入中医传承辅助平台V2.5,建立资料库,并进行系统分析。统计用药频率;运用Apriori算法和关联规则分析提取处方的核心组合(设置支持度0.45,置信度0.8);运用复杂系统聚类分析对内部核心药物组合与新方组合(设关联度12,惩罚度7)进行挖掘。结果:共纳入163份医案,共计796首方,涉及150味中药。单味药物频次前10位者,从高到低依次是红景天、紫河车、炙甘草、醋莪术、瓜蒌皮、薤白、姜半夏、淫羊藿、黄芪、白术。核心药物组合中高频组合前10位,从高到低依次是:炙甘草-紫河车,炙甘草-红景天,瓜蒌皮-紫河车,瓜蒌皮-薤白,瓜蒌皮-红景天,姜半夏-红景天,紫河车-薤白,紫河车-红景天,紫河车-醋莪术,薤白-红景天;其中,红景天、紫河车、瓜蒌皮、薤白、醋莪术、炙甘草、姜半夏等在多个药物组合中多次出现,为关联网络的核心。获得潜在新方10首,包括薏苡仁-苇根-桃仁-地骨皮-冬瓜子、熟党参-薤白-广升麻-北柴胡-姜半夏-瓜蒌皮、白芍-熟地黄-紫菀-桃仁-红花-酒川芎等。结论:潘俊辉教授临床辨证论治肺癌以扶正祛邪为原则。以温肾清肺为根本治疗大法,辅以化瘀软坚散结、活血健脾补气、祛风通络化痰。Objective:To study the administration rule of Prof.PAN Junhui in differentiating and treating lung cancer based on the Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform,so as to provide reference for designing the treatment of lung cancer by"treating lung cancer from the neutral in Lingnan area".Methods:The medical records of Prof.PAN in treating lung cancer in the outpatient department from May 2019 to April 2021 were collected,screened according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and then entered into the Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform V2.5 to establish a database and conduct systematic analysis.The medication frequency was counted;Apriori algorithm and association rules were used to analyze and extract the core combination of prescriptions(support set as 0.45,confidence as 0.8);complex system cluster analysis was used to mine the internal core herbal combination and new prescription combination(correlation set as 12,penalty as 7).Results:A total of 163 medical records were included,with a total of 796 prescriptions involving 150 kinds of Chinese herbs.The top 10 most frequently used herbs were Radix et Rhizoma Rhodiolae Crenulatae,Placenta Hominis,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparata cum Melle,acetous Rhizoma Curcumae,Pericarpium Trichosanthis,Bulbus Allii Macrostemi,Rhizoma Pinelliae Praeparatum,Herba Epimedii,Radix Astragali and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.The top 10 high-frequency herbal combinations in core herbal combinations from high to low were Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparata cum Melle-Placenta Hominis,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparata cum Melle-Radix et Rhizoma Rhodiolae Crenulatae,Pericarpium TrichosanthisPlacenta Hominis,Pericarpium Trichosanthis-Bulbus Allii Macrostemi,Pericarpium Trichosanthis-Radix et Rhizoma Rhodiolae Crenulatae,Rhizoma Pinelliae Praeparatum-Radix et Rhizoma Rhodiolae Crenulatae,Placenta Hominis-Bulbus Allii Macrostemi,Placenta Hominis-Radix et Rhizoma Rhodiolae Crenulatae,Placenta Hominis-acetous Rhizoma Curcumae,Bulbus Al
