摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌(CRC)患者DOC⁃2/DAB2相互作用蛋白(DAB2IP)与新四极体⁃1(NET⁃1)的表达水平,并分析在CRC中的诊断意义,为提高CRC的确诊率提供参考。方法选取河北北方学院附属第一医院收治的148例CRC患者癌症组织和76例正常黏膜组织,通过免疫组化法检测DAB2IP与NET⁃1的表达,分析CRC癌组织DAB2IP与NET⁃1表达的相关性,分析两因子表达情况与CRC临床病理参数的关系及临床诊断效能。结果CRC组织中DAB2IP的阳性表达率27.70%(41/148)低于正常组织96.05%(73/76)(P<0.05);CRC组织中NET⁃1的阳性表达率66.89%(99/148)高于正常组织10.53%(8/76)(P<0.05)。DAB2IP与NET⁃1的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。DAB2IP的阳性表达与CRC患者的TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移、血管浸润、浆膜浸润和肝转移有关(均P<0.05),与肿瘤的大小无关(P>0.05),NET⁃1阳性表达与CRC的TNM分期、淋巴结转移、血管浸润、浆膜浸润和肝转移有关(均P<0.05),与肿瘤的大小和分化程度无关(均P>0.05)。DAB2IP诊断CRC的灵敏度、特异度和准确度分别为72.30%(107/148)、96.05%(73/76)和80.36%(167/224),NET⁃1分别为66.89%(99/148)、89.47%(68/76)和74.55%(180/224),DAB2IP联合NET⁃1分别96.62%(143/148)、97.37%(74/76)和96.88%(217/224),与DAB2IP或NET⁃1相比,DAB2IP联合NET⁃1的灵敏度、特异度和准确度均较高。结论CRC组织中DAB2IP呈低表达,NET⁃1呈高表达,DAB2IP与NET⁃1表达呈负相关DAB2IP联合NET⁃1可能为CRC诊断提供依据。Objective To explore the expression of DOC-2/DAB2 interactive protein(DAB2IP)and new EST teraspan numbered 1(NET-1)in patients with colorectal cancer(CRC),and to analyze their diagnostic significance in CRC,so as to provide a reference for diagnosis of CRC. Methods All 148 cases of CRC tissues and 76 cases of normal mucosa tissues were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University. The expression levels of DAB2IP and NET-1were detected by immunohistochemistry method,and the relationship between the expression of DAB2IP and NET-1 and the clinicopathological parameters of CRC and the clinical diagnostic efficiency were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of DAB2IP in CRC tissues was lower than that in normal tissues[27.7%(41/148)vs. 96.1%(73/76)](P<0.05).The positive rate of NET-1 in CRC tissues was higher than that in normal tissues[66.9%(99/148)vs. 10.5%(8/76)](P<0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of DAB2IP and NET-1(P<0.05). The positive expression of DAB2IP was related to TNM stage,degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,vascular invasion,serous invasion and liver metastasis in CRC patients(all P<0.05),but not related to tumor size(P>0.05). The positive expression of NET-1 It was related to TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,vascular invasion,serous invasion and liver metastasis of CRC(all P<0.05),but not related to tumor size and differentiation(all P>0.05). The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of DAB2IP in diagnosing CRC were 72.30%(107/148),96.05%(73/76)and 80.36%(167/224),respectively,while those of NET-1 were 66.89%(99/148),89.47%(68/76)and 74.55%(180/224),DAB2IP combined with NET-1 were 96.62%(143/148),97.37%(74/76)and 96.88%(217/224),respectively. Compared with DAB2IP or NET,the sensitivity,specificity and ac-curacy of DAB2IP combined with NET-1 were higher. Conclusion In CRC,the expression level of DAB2IP is low,the ex-pression level of NET-1 is high,and the expression of DAB2IP is negatively correlated with NET-1. DAB2IP combined
