《伤寒论》对苓桂剂群的探讨

摘　　要：《伤寒论》中所提及的苓桂剂群是指在组成、病机、功效上类似的方剂群,常用于治疗水气病。其总的病机为中阳不足,水气内停。病因包括外感体虚、太阳病失治误治、少阴寒化、久病伤阳。文章主要探讨苓桂术甘汤、苓桂枣甘汤、茯苓甘草汤及五苓散四首方剂。Linggui decoction group mentioned in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases refers to the similar prescription group in composition, pathogenesis and efficacy, which is often used to treat water-gas disease. The overall pathogenesis of the disease is insufficient Yang, water-gas stop. The etiology includes external sensory body deficiency, failure and mistreatment of sun diseases, less Yin and cold, and long illness and Yang injury. This paper mainly discusses four prescriptions of Linggui Zhugan Decoction, Linggui Zaogan Decoction;Fuling Gancao decoction and Wuling Decoction.
