摘　　要：高校师范毕业生“就业难”已经成为长期困扰高校教育的重要问题,对师范类本科毕业生就业问题进行追踪调查也随之成为了焦点。对毕业生工作调查的标准化方法与机制显得尤为重要。设定标准系统的师范类院校毕业生毕业跟踪调查研究机制,是对学校改革提供的重要数据支撑,能够为有序开展毕业生跟踪调查工作提供坚实的基础保障。对于平衡人才供需,实现人才合理配置,推动国家教育改革和教育科学研究均有着重要影响。The "difficult employment" of normal university graduates has become an important problem perplexing college education for a long time. The follow-up survey on the employment of normal university graduates has also become the focus. The standardization method and mechanism of graduate work survey is particularly important. The graduation follow-up survey and research mechanism of normal university graduates with standard system is an important data support for school reform, and can provide a solid foundation guarantee for the orderly development of graduate follow-up survey. It has an important impact on balancing the supply and demand of talents, realizing the rational allocation of talents, and promoting national education reform and educational scientific research.
