多模式联合教学在中医临床专业医学影像实训中的应用

摘  要:目的:探讨在中医临床专业医学影像实训教学中引入多模式联合教学法的应用价值。方法:将近年来应用广泛的传统的教学模式和单一的教学模式与新兴的多模式联合教学法相比较,结合这几种不同教学模式在中医临床专业医学影像实训中的应用情况进行优劣势探讨。结果:多模式联合教学法教学效果优于传统教学模式或单一的教学模式,在多模式联合教学法中,PBL-CBL-MDT联合教学法教学效果最佳。结论:将多模式联合教学法运用于中医临床专业医学影像实训教学具有较高的应用价值,尤其是PBL-CBL-MDT联合教学法具有明显的优势,它在夯实学生理论基础的同时,还能培养学生的自主学习能力和团队合作意识,值得在教学中推广。Objective:To explore the application value of multi-mode combined teaching method in TCM clinical medical imaging skills training.Methods:The traditional teaching mode and single teaching mode widely used in recent years were compared with the emerging multi-mode combined teaching method,and the application of these different teaching modes in the training of TCM clinical medical imaging skills was discussed.Results:The teaching effect of multi-mode combined teaching method was better than that of traditional teaching mode or single teaching mode.Among the multi-mode combined teaching methods,PBL-CBL-MDT combined teaching method had the best teaching effect.Conclusion:The application of multi-mode joint teaching method in medical imaging training teaching of TCM clinical specialty has high application value,especially the PBL-CBL-MDT joint teaching method has obvious advantages,which can not only consolidate the theoretical basis of students,but also cultivate students'autonomous learning ability and sense of teamwork,and is worth promoting in teaching.
