摘 要:目的:基于人性关怀理论初步建立重症加强护理病房(ICU)工休会新模式,探讨其实用价值及可行性。方法:选择某三级甲等医院重症医学科2021年1月—5月参与传统式工休会的护士与家属作为对照组,2021年6月—12月参与新模式工休会的护士与家属作为观察组,比较两组护士职业价值感体现率、家属参与度和满意度。结果:对照组护士职业价值感体现率为50.00%,家属参与度为50.00%,满意度为42.50%;观察组护士职业价值感体现率、家属参与度、满意度分别为80.00%,93.02%和97.67%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于人性关怀理论对ICU工休会模式的改进不仅能够真正实现临床护士的职业价值,调动护士工作积极性,还能有效增加患者家属的参与度,提高患者满意度。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of ICU workers'recess based on the theory of human care.Methods:The study was conducted in the Department of critical care Medicine of a comprehensive tertiary grade A hospital.Nurses and patients'family members served as the control group from January to May 2021.In the control group,health education was conducted in the traditional workers'recess.Nurses and patients'family members served as the intervention group from June to December 2021.In the intervention group,health education was conducted in the workers'recess based on the theory of human care.Occupational worth,family involvement and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The professional value of nurses was 50.00%,family participation was 50.00%and the satisfaction rate was 42.50%in the control group.The professional value of nurses was 80.00%,family participation was 93.02%and the satisfaction rate was 97.67%in the intervention group.And the outcome index in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improvement of ICU work'recess based on human care theory can not only realize the professional value of clinical nurses,but also mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses.It can also effectively mobilize the participation of patients'family members,improve patient satisfaction.
