摘 要:皮革企业废水污染防治是当前我国皮革产业绿色转型过程中的重点工作。以皮革企业废水来源为出发点,对当前我国逐渐升级的环境法视角下皮革产业废水污染防治需求变化进行分析,认为未来我国的皮革企业废水污染防治思路应该坚持提升皮革企业创建门槛、建立园区一体化污水防控系统、实施由末端处理转变为全流程防控的污染防治思路;在废水污染防治具体手段方面,应通过引入先进的污水处理工艺等从制革源头到产品终端各环节开展皮革企业废水污染防治。Wastewater pollution prevention and control of leather enterprises are the key work in the process of green transformation of leather industry in China.Taking leather enterprise wastewater source as the starting point,the current our country environmental law perspective of escalating leather industrial wastewater pollution control requirements change were analyzed.It was pointed out that the future leather wastewater pollution prevention ideas in China should stick to improve leather enterprises create threshold,build park water prevention and control system integration,implementation by the terminal treatment into whole process control and prevention of pollution prevention and control of train of thought.In terms of the specific means of waste water pollution prevention and control,we should carry out the waste water pollution prevention and control of leather enterprises from the source to the product terminal by introducing advanced sewage treatment technology.
