个性化干预对复发性口腔溃疡患者的临床效果及负面状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨个性化口腔护理干预对复发性口腔溃疡患者的临床效果及负面状态的影响。方法选取2020年8月至2021年8月进行治疗的复发性口腔溃疡患者94例当作研究对象,随机数字法把患者分为2组,对照组给予患者应用常规护理干预,研究组给予患者应用个性化口腔护理干预。结果与对照组作对比,研究组治疗总有效率高(P<0.05),研究组患者满意度高(P<0.05),研究组护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分低(P<0.05),研究组口腔溃疡实际愈合时间短且不良反应发生比重低(P<0.05)。结论在复发性口腔溃疡患者中,给予患者应用个性化口腔护理干预,具有特别确切的临床护理效果,可有效增强临床疗效,改善患者的不良心理状态,减少负面状态的发生,并加快患者口腔溃疡实际愈合的时间,同时,明显降低患者发生不良反应的现象,有利于提升患者对护理人员、护理服务内容的满意情况,值得推广。Objective To explore the impact on clinical effect and negative state of personalized oral nursing intervention in patients with recurrent oral ulcer(ROU).Methods From August 2020 to August 2021,totally 94 ROU patients admitted to our hospital were as subjects.The patients were randomly assigned into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given personalized oral nursing intervention.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of study group was higher as compared to the control group(P<0.05).Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores were lower in the study group(P<0.05).The actual healing period of oral ulceration in the study group was shorter and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion For ROU patients,personalized oral nursing intervention can get special exact clinical nursing effect and clinical curative effect,reduce the occurrence of negative state,and shorten healing period,meanwhile,significantly decreased adverse reactiomean.It is beneficial to improve patients’satisfaction with nursing staff and nursing service content,with a worthy promoting.
