摘  要:提出了一种非离子表面活性剂吐温80胶束增敏可见分光光度法测定共聚酯PETG中钛离子含量的方法。马弗炉中550℃将共聚酯PETG切片样品进行灰化处理后,用焦硫酸钾在625±25℃的马弗炉中熔融灰分20 min,冷却后以10%H_(2)SO_(4)溶液溶解,在盐酸介质中,以抗坏血酸做掩蔽剂,钛-二安替比林甲烷(DAM)-吐温80生成黄色可溶性络合物,最大吸收波长390 nm处,钛离子质量浓度在(0.2~1.0)mg/L范围内与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9996,吸光系数吸光系数ε_(390)达1.05×105L/(mol·cm),样品分析结果准确度高,方法灵敏。A non-ionic surfactant Tween 80 micellar sensitized visible spectrophotometric method for the determination of titanium ion in copolyester PETG was proposed.After the copolyester PETG chip sample is ashed at 550℃in the muffle furnace,the ash is melted with potassium pyrosulfate in the muffle furnace at 625±25℃for 20min.After cooling,it is dissolved in 10% H_(2)SO_(4) solution.In hydrochloric acid medium,ascorbic acid is used as masking agent,Ti Diantipyrylmethane(DAM)-tween 80 forms a yellow soluble complex,and the maximum absorption wavelength is 390nm,The mass concentration of titanium ion has a good linear relationship with the absorbance value in the range of 0.2~1.0 mg/L,the correlation coefficient is 0.9996,and the molar absorbance coefficient is molar absorbance coefficient ε_(390) up to 1.05×105L/(mol·cm),high accuracy of sample analysis results and sensitive method.
