摘 要:目的:比较不同根管冲洗方案对感染根管模型粪肠球菌的清除效果。方法:建立粪肠球菌感染根管模型。根据冲洗方案的不同,将样本随机分为4组,分别为NaClO+EDTA组、NaClO+Qmix组、CHX+H_(2)O_(2)组、H_(2)O_(2)+NaCl组,比较根管冲洗前后各组间菌落数差异;并于根管冲洗后12h、24h、36h、48h比较各组的残余抗菌性。结果:(1)根管冲洗前后,各组细菌减少率的比较,NaClO+Qmix组与NaClO+EDTA组间细菌减少率无统计学差异,且均优于其余两组。(2)根管冲洗12h、24h后,仅NaClO+Qmix组、CHX+H_(2)O_(2)具有残余抗菌性。根管冲洗36h后,NaClO+Qmix组、CHX+H_(2)O_(2)组残余抗菌性减弱。根管冲洗48h后,仅CHX+H_(2)O_(2)组保持着微弱的抗菌性。结论:NaClO+EDTA、NaClO+Qmix均可增强对粪肠球菌的消毒效果,且两者消毒效果无统计学差异。本研究建议应用前两者进行根管冲洗,应用残余抗菌性更好的CHX用于终末冲洗,对于C型根管或可取得更好的根管冲洗效果。但由于本研究是体外实验,因此,仍需大量的临床研究观察其远期的疗效。Objective:To compare effects of different root canal irrigating schemes on the removal of Enterococcus faecalis in infected root canal models.Methods:Root canal infected model faecalis were established.According to the different root canal irrigating methods,the samples were randomly divided into 4 groups(NaClO+EDTA group,NaClO+Qmix group,CHX+H_(2)O_(2) group,H_(2)O_(2)+NaCl group).The CFU were compared among four groups.The residual antibacterial activity of each group was compared at 12 hours,24 hours,36 hours and 48 hours after irrigating finished.Results:(1)There was no significant difference between NaClO+EDTA group and NaClO+Qmix group in bacterial reduction rate,and both better than the other two groups.(2)NaClO+Qmix group and CHX+H_(2)O_(2) group existed residual antimicrobial activities in 12 hours and 24 hours after irrigating finished,and weakened in 36 hours after irrigating finished.Only CHX+H_(2)O_(2) group existed residual antimicrobial activities in 48 hours after irrigating finished.Conclusions:NaClO+EDTA and NaClO+Qmix can enhance the root canal disinfection effect,and difference between the two methods is not statistically significant.To c-shaped root canals,this study suggests that the first two methods can be used for root canal irrigating,and CHX with better residual antibacterial property can be used for final irrigating.Due to this study was an in vitro experiment,a large number of clinical studies still need to be observed for a long time.
