摘　　要：唐山三友盐化有限公司自2017年开始采用直吸式收盐机进行收盐作业,主要由牵引柴油机、集盐耙、收盐泵组成,该盐泵为卧式离心泵竖直安装于集盐耙后,因卧式设计、立式使用,故障率较高,且输送介质为固液混合物,轴封盘根极易泄漏、维修频繁。文章通过对卧式离心泵进行故障分析,通过轴承改型、轴封材质改变及检修过程总结,在较小改动下成功降低设备的故障率,大幅降低设备维修成本。Since 2017,Tangshan Sanyou Salt Chemical Co.,Ltd.has adopted a direct suction salt collector for salt collection,which is mainly composed of a traction diesel engine,a salt collection rake and a salt collection pump.The salt pump is a horizontal centrifugal pump installed vertically on the salt collection rake.Due to its horizontal design and vertical use,the failure rate is high,and the transmission medium is a solid-liquid mixture.The shaft seal packing is very easy to leak and is frequently repaired.Through the fault analysis of the horizontal centrifugal pump,the bearing modification,the change of shaft seal material and the summary of the maintenance process,the failure rate of the equipment has been successfully reduced under small changes,and the maintenance cost of the equipment has been significantly reduced.
