摘　　要：通过实地调研和各旗县农牧局了解,2021年呼伦贝尔市马铃薯种植面积下滑明显,但平均单产增加十分显著,许多种植商品薯的种植户开始向种植加工薯订单生产模式转型。近几年呼伦贝尔市商品薯受河北、榆林及内蒙古西部等地区商品薯商品性较好的影响,导致秋季购买种薯的客户大幅度减少,加之近两年呼伦贝尔地区秋季雨水偏多,马铃薯田间收获时间较以往缩短,使得马铃薯储藏量加大。随着淀粉价格的回暖,淀粉加工企业生产力度逐渐加大,原料薯不足的问题日渐突显。呼伦贝尔市马铃薯种植方向应尽快从商品薯向加工薯转型,种植专用型马铃薯品种,实现订单式生产,降低马铃薯种植风险;逐步实现全程机械化,降低马铃薯的种植成本;加大宣传引导消费供给侧结构性改革,加强信息发布和产业引导。Through field investigation and understanding of the banner county agriculture and animal husbandry bureaus,the potato planting area in Hulunbuir City decreased significantly in 2021,but the average yield increased significantly,and many growers of commercial potato began to transform to the order production mode of planting processed potato.In recent years,the commercial potato in Hulunbuir City is affected by the good commodity of commercial potato in Hebei,Shaanxi Province's Yulin,and western Inner Mongolia,which leads to a substantial decrease in the number of customers who buy seed potato in autumn.In addition,there are more rain water in autumn in Hulunbuir area in the past two years.The harvest time of potato in the field is shorter than before,which increases the storage of potato.With the warming of starch prices,the production of starch processing enterprises is gradually increasing,and the problem of shortage of raw potatoes is becoming more and more prominent.The potato cultivation in Hulunbuir should be transformed from commercial to processing as soon as possible,and more varieties of special potatoes should be planted,for the purpose of realizing order production,reducing potato planting risk,gradually realizing whole process mechanization and reducing potato planting cost.Besides,we should increase publicity and guide the structural reform on the consumption and supply side,and strengthen the release of information and industrial guidance.
