移动社交网络人际交往与高职学生网络利他行为的关系——一个有调节的中介效应

摘　　要：目的:探讨移动社交网络人际交往对高职学生网络利他行为的影响及其作用机制。方法:采用移动社交网络人际交往量表、网络利他行为量表、共情量表和关系需要量表对江西省4所高职院校1203名学生进行调查。结果:(1)在控制了性别和网龄后,移动社交网络人际交往对高职学生网络利他行为具有显著的正向预测作用,且当放入中介变量共情后,移动社交网络人际交往对网络利他行为的预测作用依然显著;(2)移动社交网络人际交往对共情的预测作用显著,共情对网络利他行为的预测作用显著;(3)关系需要满足放入模型后,移动社交网络人际交往与关系需要满足的乘积对共情的预测作用显著,共情与关系需要满足的乘积对网络利他行为的预测作用显著。结论:移动社交网络人际交往直接正向预测网络利他行为,共情在移动社交网络人际交往与网络利他行为关系中起中介作用,关系需要满足在移动社交网络人际交往与共情、共情与网络利他行为关系中起调节作用。Objective:to explore the influence of interpersonal communication in mobile network on internet altruistic behavior of vocational college students and its mechanism.Methods:A survey was conducted among 1203 students in 4 higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province with the Mobile Social Network Interpersonal Communication Scale,the Internet Altruistic Behavior Scale,the Empathy Scale and the Relationship Needs Scale.Results:(1)After controlling for gender and Internet age,interpersonal communication in mobile network had a significant positive predictive effect on internet altruistic behavior of vocational college students,and with mediating variable empathy,the predictive effect of interpersonal communication in mobile network on internet altruistic behavior is still significant;(2)Interpersonal communication in mobile network has a significant predictive effect on empathy,and empathy has a significant predictive effect on internet altruistic behavior;(3)After putting relationship need satisfaction into the model,the product of interpersonal communication in mobile network and relationship need satisfaction has a significant predictive effect on empathy,and the product of empathy and relationship need satisfaction has a significant predictive effect on internet altruistic behavior.Conclusion:interpersonal communication in mobile network directly and positively predicts internet altruistic behavior.Empathy plays a mediating role between interpersonal communication in mobile network and internet altruistic behavior,and the relationship need satisfaction plays a moderating role between interpersonal communication in mobile network and empathy.It also plays a moderating role between empathy and internet altruistic behavior.
