摘  要:为研究三元催化转换器(TWC)中不同载体对轻型车排放的影响,本文基于WLTC试验测试的数据,分析了装配不同载体的轻型车在冷起动阶段前100 s和总循环及其间4个速度段的排放特性。在冷起动前100 s,载体入口温度稳定的条件下,轻质载体的中心温度上升速率比常规载体快,且在20 s和30 s时使用轻质载体的污染物转化效率分别超过50%和70%,可有效改善冷起动阶段排放。轻质载体在贵金属降低的同时,轻质载体对气态污染物的转化效率均高于常规载体;在低速段时,轻质载体对THC和NOx排放的转化效率分别提升3.52%和2.69%。In order to study the effects of different carriers in the three-way catalytic converter (TWC) on the emission of light vehicles,based on the data of WLTC test,the emission characteristics of light vehicles equipped with different carriers in the first 100 s and total cycle and four speed bands in between are analyzed.Under the condition that the carrier inlet temperature is stable in the first 100 s of cold start,the core temperature of the lightweight carrier rises faster than that of the conventional carrier,and the pollutant conversion efficiency of the lightweight carrier exceeds 50% and 70% in 20 s and 30 s,respectively,which can effectively improve the emission in the cold start stage.While the precious metal is reduced,the conversion efficiency of the lightweight carrier for gaseous pollutants is higher than that of the conventional carrier.At low speeds,the conversion efficiency of THC and NOx emissions by lightweight carriers is increased by 3.52% and 2.69%,respectively.
