摘　　要：行业应用型院校基于工程教育专业认证背景大力推动人才培养模式改革,是突破人才培养瓶颈,提高人才培养质量的有效途径。必须建立一种新型的应用型院校人才培养模式,以适合现代社会发展的需求。本文以汽车服务工程专业为例,提出现阶段人才培养过程中存在的问题,从培养目标、课程体系、课程实施、人才培养质量评价等方面对专业人才培养模式进行探索,以期为汽车服务工程人才培养模式改革提供借鉴。Based on the background of engineering education certification,application-oriented colleges and universities in the industry vigorously promote the reform of talent training mode.It is an eff ective way to break through the bottleneck of talent training and improve the quality of talent training.It is necessary to establish a new application-oriented college talent training model to meet the needs of modern social development.This paper takes automotive service engineering as an example.Put forward the problems existing in the current talent training process,From the training objectives,curriculum system,curriculum implementation,personnel training quality evaluation and other aspects to explore the professional personnel training mode,In order to provide reference for the reform of automobile service engineering personnel training mode.
