摘　　要：近年来,人工智能的热潮席卷全球,自动驾驶作为人工智能的标志性应用之一,毫无疑问将会带来巨大的社会效益。但是多起自动驾驶事故也警示我们应重视由自动驾驶机动车所引发的侵权问题。立足于自动驾驶的特性以及分级,来分析不同等级的自动驾驶机动车导致的交通事故中,损害赔偿责任主体的认定问题。In recent years,the boom of artificial intelligence has swept the world,and autonomous driving,as one of the iconic applications of artificial intelligence,will undoubtedly bring huge social benefits.However,a number of autonomous driving accidents also warn us that we should pay attention to the infringement caused by autonomous vehicles.Based on the characteristics and classification of automatic driving,the article will analyze the identification of the subject of damage compensation liability in traffic accidents caused by diff erent levels of autonomous vehicles.
