基于国家寄生虫资源库对寄生虫学实验考试的改革探索

摘　　要：在寄生虫学的学习中,掌握寄生虫形态特点,对诊断疾病尤为重要。传统寄生虫学实验考试通常采取观察实物标本的方式,存在诸多局限性,特别是新冠疫情的出现,亟待建立一个寄生虫学线上考试系统。利用国家科技资源共享服务平台的一级子平台国家寄生虫资源库大数据,实时获取平台中收录的各类寄生虫标本图片。在互联网上以B/S架构搭建了一种在线考试系统并应用于寄生虫学实验教学。系统具有随机组卷,在线考试、智能阅卷等功能,形式新颖,操作方便,提高考试的可行性、公正性和可信度。In the study of parasitology,it is very important to master the morphological characteristics of various parasites for the diagnosis of diseases.The way of observing physical specimens is usually adopted in the traditional parasitology experimental examination.However,this examination method has many limitations.After the emergence of COVID-19,it is urgent to establish an online examination system for parasitology.In this study,we have obtained the pictures of various parasite specimens collected in the national parasitic resource center(the primary sub platform of the national science and technology resource sharing service platform)in real time.An online examination system based on B/S architecture was built on the internet and applied to experimental teaching of parasitology.The system has the functions of random generation of test paper,online examination,intelligent marking and so on.The examination form is novel and easy to operate,which improves the feasibility,impartiality and credibility of the examination.
