摘　　要：[目的/意义]通过对比分析国外开放获取馆员的岗位能力与核心角色,提出我国开放获取馆员的人才培养策略。[方法/过程]采用文献调查法、网络调查法以及内容分析法,调研21所国外图书馆开放获取馆员的岗位设置、业务案例,从开放获取服务管理员、开放获取组织者、科学共同体支持者、开放知识培训教育者的角度分析其核心角色。[结果/结论]从制定开放获取馆员能力培训体系,营造开放获取服务环境,以及立足开放科学评价体系,培养科学共同体的开放获取素养两方面提出我国开放获取馆员的培养策略,为我国开放获取馆员的职业发展提供理论与实践启示。[Purpose/Significance]It compares and analyzes of the job placement and core role of foreign open access librarians.And it puts forward the talent training strategy of open access librarians in China.[Method/Process]The study used the literature survey method,the network survey method and the content analysis method to investigate the job settings of open access librarians in 21 libraries,and analyzed their core roles from open access service managers,open access organizers,scientific community supporters,and open knowledge training educators.[Result/Conclusion]The paper puts forward the training strategies for open access librarians in China from two aspects:formulating the ability training system for open access librarians,creating an open access service environment,and cultivating the open access literacy of the scientific community based on the open science evaluation system,which will provide theoretical and practical enlightenment for the career development of open access librarians in China.
