摘  要:为了促进盐健康产业快速发展,文章对不同消费群体的盐保健认知和消费意愿进行问卷调查。调查结果表明,人们对盐的保健作用的认知不够全面,对健康类盐产品的使用率偏低。提示盐企应加强盐的健康教育,开发能够满足不同消费群体特殊需求的健康类盐产品,并通过多种途径进行宣传,加快建立多品种盐行业标准,促进盐健康产业良性和可持续发展。In order to promote the rapid development of salt health industry,this article conducted a questionnaire survey on salt health cognition and consumption intention of different consumer groups.The results showed that people's cognition of the health care function of salt is not comprehensive,and the utilization rate of healthy salt products is low.It is suggested that salt enterprises should strengthen salt health education,develop healthy salt products that can meet the special needs of different consumer groups,and publicize them through various ways,so as to accelerate the establishment of industry standards for variety salt,and promote the benign and sustainable development of salt health industry.
