摘　　要：目的探讨传染病专科医院护士重大传染病疫情应急能力现状。方法选择南京市第二医院685名护士作为研究对象,对护士重大传染病疫情应急能力进行问卷调查。结果南京市第二医院护士重大传染病疫情应急能力总分平均为(72.87±11.79)分,条目平均分为(3.84±0.62)分,68.2%护士得分处于中低水平。其中应急知识掌握能力维度条目平均分为(3.57±0.68)分、急救能力维度条目平均分为(3.91±0.65)分、综合能力维度条目平均分为(3.94±0.66)分,得分最低的条目为"我能够掌握重大传染病事件相关的法律、法规、条例",得分最高的条目为"我会使用心电监护、吸引器、简易呼吸器等急救设备"。结论南京市第二医院护士重大传染病疫情应急能力总体处于中等水平,相关机构应采取切实可行的措施提高传染病专科医院护士重大传染病疫情应急能力,以应对现有及今后可能发生的传染病事件。Objective To explore the status quo of nurses'emergency response capabilities for major infectious diseases in infectious disease hospitals.MethodsA total of 685 nurses in the Second Hospital of Nanjing were selected as the research objects,and the emergency response ability of nurses for major infectious diseases was investigated by questionnaire.Results The total score of emergency response ability for major infectious disease epidemics of nurses was(72.87±11.79)points,and the average score was(3.84±0.62)points.And 68.2%of nurses emergency response ability were in the middle and low level.The scores of three dimensions were(3.57±0.68)points for emergency knowledge,(3.91±0.65)points for emergency aid ability,and(3.94±0.66)points for comprehensive ability.The item with the lowest score was"I can master laws,regulations and regulations related to major infectious disease events",with the highest was"I can use emergency aid equipment such as ECG monitoring,aspirator,simple respirator,etc".Conclusions The emergency response ability of nurses in the Second Hospital of Nanjing for major infectious diseases is generally at a medium level.Relevant institutions should take practical measures to improve the emergency response ability of nurses in infectious disease specialized hospitals,so as to deal with the existing and possible infectious disease events in the future.
