摘　　要：网络成瘾是当今严重影响青少年身心健康的复发性精神疾病之一,已成为世界各国亟须解决的重大社会问题。通过检索CNKI、WOS、PubMed等数据库中2000—2021年有关体育运动与网络成瘾的研究文献,揭示运动干预对网络成瘾青少年的影响及作用机制,为深入开展运动戒瘾提供理论参考和实践指导。研究表明:体育运动通过改善中枢神经系统特定区域的结构和功能,双向调控多巴胺及其受体,进而有效矫正网络成瘾青少年行为、精神症状以及预防大脑功能损伤;运动强度的剂量性、运动方式的多样性和运动时长是青少年网络成瘾的重要调节变量。策略:未来青少年网络成瘾的预防和治疗应构建政府、学校、家庭三位一体的协调防控机制,充分发挥体育运动的功能和作用,探索体卫融合的成瘾性疾病治疗与健康服务新模式。Internet addiction is one of the recurrent mental diseases that seriously affect adolescents’ physical and mental health today.It has become a major social problem that needs to be concerned urgently in the world.By searching the research literature on sports and internet addiction from 2000 to 2021 in CNKI,WOS,PubMed and other academic retrievals, this paper aims to reveal the influences of exercise intervention on adolescents with internet addiction and its mechanisms, and provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the further development of exercise abstinence.The research shows that exercise can effectively correct the behavior and mental symptoms of adolescents with internet addiction and prevent brain function damage by improving the structure and function of specific areas of the central nervous system and regulating dopamine and its receptors in both directions.The dose of exercise intensity, the diversity of exercise mode and the duration of exercise are the important moderating variables of adolescent internet addiction.In the future, we should build a coordinated prevention and control mechanism of government, school and family to prevent and treat adolescents’ internet addiction give full play to the function and role of sports and explore a new model of sports and hygiene integration in the treatment and health service of addiction diseases.
