摘　　要：青年网络草根体育组织作为互联网普及与社会经济增长的时代产物,事关群众体育事业发展。本研究采用文献资料法、访谈法梳理青年网络草根体育组织的价值意蕴和现实特征,揭示其现存问题,提出建设路径,以期推进其良性运行及健康发展。价值意蕴:契合青年个体发展的精神需求,提升青年个体的社会资本,形成独特的青年休闲文化。现实特征:成员目的多元、领袖权威性弱、结构扁平开放、活动新颖时尚、环境虚实结合、规范受信任约束。现存问题:契约意识薄弱,自律行为失序;中心人物变动,群体结构失稳;内部自治薄弱,外部监管不力。建设路径:提升契约意识,强化自律行为;建立内部补位机制,依托外部互助资源;提升内部自治能力,优化组织规范与机制;加强外部监管力度,优化组织发展环境。Youth network grassroots sports organizations, as the product of the era of Internet popularization and social and economic growth, are related to the development of mass sports.This research uses the methods of literature and interview to sort out the value implication and realistic characteristics of youth network grassroots sports organizations, reveal their existing problems, and propose the construction paths in order to promote their healthy operation and development.The va-lue implication includes meeting the spiritual needs of youth individual development, enhancing the social capital of youth individuals, and forming a unique youth leisure culture.Realistic features include diverse members’ purposes, weak leadership authority, flat and open structure, novel and fashionable activities, combination between virtual and real environments, and norms bound by trust.Existing problems include weak sense of contract and disorder of self-discipline, the change of central characters and the instability of group structure, and weak internal autonomy and external supervision.Construction paths include enhancing contract awareness and strengthening self-discipline, establishing internal complementary mechanism and relying on external mutual aid resources, enhancing internal autonomy and optimizing organizational norms and mechanisms, and strengthening external supervision and optimizing organizational development environment.
