摘 要:为利用社交媒体助力青少年体育健康促进,采用质性研究方法探索青少年社交媒体赋权与体育健康促进关系的逻辑线索。研究发现:1)青少年社交媒体赋权促成和强化体育健康促进。自我赋权体现自主自控,家庭赋权体现引导信任,学校赋权体现组织行动和宣传。2)体育运动引发健康责任、促进精神成长、和谐人际关系、饮食营养均衡和压力管理等健康促进生活方式的连锁反应。它的意义在于体育运动可能成为健康促进生活方式的一种控制手段。3)社交媒体赋权过程中,锻炼者图式的塑造身材、保持活力、体育锻炼和促进健康构成了体育运动与健康促进生活方式相关联的底层逻辑。In order to use social media to help adolescents’ sports health promotion, qualitative research methods were used to explore the logical clues of the relationship between adolescents’ social media empowerment and sports health promotion.The findings reveal that: 1) adolescents’ social media empowerment promotes and strengthens sports health promotion.Self empowerment reflects self-control, family empowerment reflects guidance and trust, and school empowerment reflects organizational action and publicity;2) sports trigger a chain reaction of health promotion lifestyles, such as health responsibility, promotion of spiritual growth, harmonious interpersonal relationships, balanced diet and nutrition, and stress management.Its significance lies in that sports may become a control means of health promotion lifestyles;3) in the process of social media empowerment, shaping body, maintaining vitality, physical exercise and promoting health of exerciser schema constitute the underlying logic of the relationship between sports and health promotion lifestyles.
