新时代中国竞技体育系统联动的生成逻辑、现实审视与推进路径

摘　　要：新时代中国特色社会主义对竞技体育全方位服务国家政治、经济、文化与教育发展提出了新要求,但依然存在竞技体育对举国体制的过度依赖、多系统融合困难、多元价值功能发挥不足等问题,故系统联动已成为竞技体育适应新时代要求和解决问题的较佳选择。当前竞技体育与社会相关系统存在对竞技体育多元价值认识不足、系统联动机制尚未形成、系统联动动力不足等状况造成系统联动推进缓慢。建议积极打造体育系统与政府、社会、市场、个人之间各获所需的系统联动机制,重视系统联动的主体诉求和协作,挖掘系统联动的深层驱动力,使系统联动真正成为我国竞技体育实现新时代新任务和自身可持续发展的新动力。Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era has put forward new requirements for competitive sports to serve the country’s political, economic, cultural and educational development in an all-round way.However, there are still some problems in competitive sports, such as over-reliance on the national system, difficulties in integrating multiple systems and inadequate functioning of the multiple values.Therefore, system linkage has become a better choice for competitive sports to adapt to the requirements of the new era and to solve the problems.At present, the lack of understanding of the multiple values of competitive sports, the lack of system linkage mechanism, and the lack of system linkage power of competitive sports and social related systems cause the slow progress of system linkage.It is suggested that we should actively build a system linkage mechanism between the sports system and the government, society, market and individuals, pay attention to the main demands and cooperation in the system linkage, tap the deep driving force of the system linkage, and make the system linkage truly become the new power for China’s competitive sports to realize the new tasks of the new era and its own sustainable development.
