摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析乳腺癌的非典型超声表现与病理学特征的关系.方法:选取2018年12月至2021年9月在本院经病理检查证实且影像学表现为非典型的67例乳腺癌患者,进行回顾性分析.所有患者均采用彩色多普勒超声进行检查,总结其超声表现,并根据超声分型分为小结节型(n=26)、导管扩张型(n=21)和局部结构紊乱型(n=20).分析超声表现与病理学特征的关系.结果:三组在回声类型、肿瘤形态、肿瘤钙化及血流信号分级等方面比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在肿瘤边界及后方回声方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:临床上乳腺癌的非典型超声表现与疾病的病理学特征存在一定关系,通过判断病理特征而进行相应的干预治疗,将有利于提高疗效、改善预后.Objective:To explore and analyze the relationship between the atypical ultrasonographic findings and pathological features of breast cancer.Methods:A total of 67 patients with breast cancer who were confirmed by pathological examination and had atypical imaging findings in our hospital from December 2018 to September 2021 were retrospectively selected.All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography,and their ultrasonographic manifestations were summarized.They were classified into small nodular type(n=26),ductal dilatation type(n=21)and local structural disorder type(n=20)according to ultrasound classification.The relationship between ultrasonographic appearance and pathological features was analyzed.Results:There were statistically significant differences among the three groups in echo type,tumor shape,tumor calcification and blood flow signal grading(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a relationship to some extent between the atypical ultrasound manifestations of breast cancer and the pathological characteristics of the disease.Thus,through these pathological characteristics,corresponding intervention and treatments should be determined and carried out to improve the curative effect and prognosis.
