摘  要:目的探索基于雨课堂的混合式教学模式在肿瘤学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月西安交通大学第二附属医院的170名临床五年制实习医学生和规培学员(教学部统一分配为31个小组,每组5~7名)作为研究对象,按小组单双数法将其分为试验组(15个小组,82名)和对照组(16个小组,88名),对照组采用讲授式教学模式,试验组采用基于雨课堂的混合式教学模式,通过问卷调查和成绩考核的方式测评教学实验成效。结果试验组的出科综合成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生对教学模式的满意度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相比传统的讲授式教学模式,基于雨课堂的混合式教学模式能够有效提高肿瘤学的教学成绩,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the application effect of blended teaching mode based on Rain Classroom in oncology teaching.Methods A total of 170 students including medical interns in five-year clinical program and students in standardized training from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as research objects(the teaching department uniformly assigned 31 groups with 5 to 7 students in each group),and they were divided into experimental group(15 groups,82 cases)and control group(16 groups,88 cases)according to the group odd-even number method.The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the blended teaching mode based on Rain Classroom.The teaching effects of the two modes were compared and evaluated by questionnaire and exam results.Results The score of students in the experimental group was higher than that of the students in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the satisfaction score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the blended teaching mode based on Rain Classroom can effectively improve the teaching achievements in oncology,and it is worthy of further promotion and application.
