摘 要:为解决绝缘子航拍图像中边缘检测效果不佳的问题,文中提出了一种二维最大熵阈值优化的Canny算子对绝缘子边缘的检测法。首先对无人机航拍的绝缘子图像进行预处理,依次进行灰度化、对比度增强和图像去噪,然后针对传统Canny算子对绝缘子图像边缘提取的不足,提出其不足之处主要在于阈值的选取没有具体的计算方法,最后针对此缺点,提出对传统Canny算子中双阈值的获取方法进行改进,从信息论的角度出发,利用最大图像熵法,并从一维图像熵提升到二维图像熵,计算阈值。实验结果验证了文中所提出的利用二维最大熵阈值优化的Canny算子的优越性,能够有效地提取出航拍绝缘子图像上的边缘信息,为下一步裂纹检测的精确率提供保障。In order to solve the problem of weak edge detection effect in aerial image of insulator,a two⁃dimensional maximum entropy threshold optimization Canny operator for insulator edge detection is proposed in this paper.First,the insulator image taken by UAV is preprocessed,the gray⁃scale,contrast enhancement and image de⁃noising are performed in sequence.Then,in view of insufficient image edge extraction of insulator by traditional Canny operator,it is proposed that the shortcoming is that there is no specific calculation method for threshold selection.Finally,aim⁃ing at this shortcoming,the improvement of acquisition method of double threshold in traditional Canny operator is proposed.From the perspective of information theory,the maximum image entropy method is used and one⁃dimen⁃sional image entropy is updated to two⁃dimensional image entropy to calculate the threshold value.The superiority of Canny operator optimized by using the two⁃dimensional maximum entropy threshold value proposed in this paper is verified by the experimental result,which can effectively extract the edge information of the aerial insulator image and provide guarantee for the accuracy of crack detection for the next step.
