摘　　要：专业技术人员继续教育基地是专业技术人员继续教育的重要载体和平台,激发专业技术人员的学习意愿和促进经济社会发展是基地建设的基本动力。基地是专业技术人员参加继续教育的优选渠道,具有层次高、资源优、特色足和质量高等基本特征。目前,一些基地存在治理力度不足、办学职能履行较差、生源拓展困难和培训模式转型升级滞后等问题,需要加强组织协调,强化指导和监督;改善培训条件,履行办学职能;提升生源拓展意识,大力开发重点生源,努力挖掘新的生源增长点;改进培训模式,坚持理论与实践相结合,突出专业性。The continuing education base for professional and technical personnel is an important carrier and platform for continuing education of professional and technical personnel.Stimulating the learning willingness of professional and technical personnel and promoting economic and social development are the basic driving forces for the construction of continuing education base.The continuing education base is the preferred channel for professional and technical personnel to participate in continuing education.It has the basic characteristics of high level,excellent resources,sufficient characteristics and high quality.At present,there are some problems in some bases,such as insufficient governance,poor performance of school-running functions,difficulty in expanding students and lagging training mode.It is necessary to strengthen organization and coordination,and strengthen guidance and supervision;improve the training conditions and perform the function of running a school;enhance the awareness of students source expansion,vigorously develop key student sources,and strive to tap new growth points of student sources;improve the training mode,adhere to the combination of theory and practice,and highlight professionalism.
