摘  要:1+X证书学分转换是深化复合型技术技能人才培养模式改革的重要举措,是构建学历教育与培训并重的现代职业教育体系的关键。在推进1+X证书学分转换工作的过程中,发现规则通约性、标准可识性、转换后置性、对应关系局限性等因素影响其进程。要加快实现1+X证书学分转换,必然要逐一击破阻碍要素,提出通过“课证融合”统整课程,通过“通用+共享”构建普适规则,通过“前修后助”畅通等级关系,通过教学过程与培训过程保持关系一致等路径,畅通技术技能人才成长渠道。The conversion of 1+X certificate credits is an important measure to deepen the reform of the training model of compound technical and skilled talents,and is the key to construct a modern vocational education system with equal emphasis on academic education and training.In the process of promoting the conversion of 1+X certificate credits,it has been found that factors such as the commensurability of the rules,the identifiability of the standards,the postposition of the conversion,and the limitation of the correspondence relationship affect the process.In order to speed up the realization of 1+X certificate credit conversion,it is necessary to break through the obstacles one by one.This paper proposes to integrate the curriculum through“the integration of the course and certificate”,construct universal rules through“common+sharing”,help bridge the hierarchical relationship through“pre-study and post-teaching”,and maintain a consistent relationship between the teaching and training process,so as to unblock the growth channels of technical and skilled talents.
