摘　　要：学科用户需求与学科服务提供构成学科服务供需系统,学科服务的发展是系统从一个平衡状态走向另一个平衡状态的螺旋式上升过程。文章分析了领先用户是学科服务创新的动力源泉,提出以领先用户为支点,构建学科服务平衡发展模型。通过对该模型的解构发现,及时地发现不平衡状态的预警信号,积极准确地找到创新突破口并建立新的平衡,是学科服务创新与提升发展的必由之路,也是重构学科服务供需系统并维系其平衡的关键所在。The demand of subject service users and the provision of subject service constitute the supply and demand system of subject service.The development of subject service is a process of the system from one equilibrium state to another.This paper analyzes the role of lead users as the driving force of the innovation of subject service,and puts forward a balanced development model for subject service by taking lead users as the fulcrum.By deconstructing the model,it finds the early warning signal of unbalanced state in time,seeks the breakthrough point of innovation actively and accurately,and establishs a new balance.It is not only the necessary path of innovation and development of subject service,but also the key to reconstructing the supply and demand system of subject service and maintaining its balance.
