摘　　要：文章采用网络调查法,对42所“双一流”高校图书馆的微信公众号科研支持服务推文进行统计、归类整理,并分析其服务现状及特点。文章提出了打造服务品牌,发挥品牌效应;创建科研专栏,进行菜单细化;关注学科动态,发挥前沿效用;重视服务创新,坚持文案原创;整合服务资源,实行专岗专责的建议。Through the method of online survey,this paper studies and categorizes the posts about scientific research support services published by the WeChat public accounts of 42"Double First-Class"university libraries,analyzes the current status and characteristics of the services.Suggestions are put forward as follows:building a service brand,creating brand effect;creating scientific research columns,refining menus;focusing subject dynamic,exerting cutting-edge effects;emphasizing service innovation,sticking to original copywriting;integrating service resources,implementing dedicated posts.
