摘　　要：创新在建设社会主义现代化全局中居于核心地位,人才是创新的第一资源,培养创新人才是落实创新驱动发展战略的根本保障。创新人才的培养是一个重要的系统工程,涉及家庭教育、学校教育和社会教育等多个系统,建设全过程的创新人才培养体系,是培养新时代社会主义创新人才的基础。Innovation takes a core position in the overall construction of socialist modernization,of which talent is the primary resource.So training innovative talents is the fundamental guarantee for implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development.The cultivation of innovative talents is an important systematic project,which involves many systems such as family education,school education and social education.Building a whole-process training system for innovative talents is the basis for cultivating innovative talents for socialism in the new era.
