摘 要:师范生创新能力的培养,是高等教育改革的要求,也是基础教育课程改革的需求,是提高师范院校自身竞争力的需要。依托《小学语文教学设计与实施》课程教学,探究基于语文核心素养的创新能力培养的教学模式,以“五星教学法”为主框架,重点从教学目标、教学方法、教学过程、教学评价等维度进行教学的创新性改进。实践证明,相较于传统教学模式,改革后的教学模式能更大程度地激发师范生的创造力,师范生在文化自信、语言运用、思维能力、审美创造等方面的综合运用能力大幅度提升,学生在课堂教学活动中表现出明显的创新性。The cultivation of normal university students’innovation ability is not only the need of higher education reform,but also the requirements of curriculum reform of elementary education and the competitiveness improvement of normal colleges.Relying on the course“Primary School Chinese Teaching Design and Implementation”,this study explored the teaching mode of innovation ability cultivation based on the Chinese core literacy.Taking“Five-Star Teaching Method”as the main framework,this mode makes innovative improvements in teaching objectives,teaching approaches,teaching process,and teaching evaluation.Comparing with traditional teaching mode,the practice indicates that the reformed teaching model can stimulate the creativity of normal university students to the greatest extent,improve their cultural confidence,language use,thinking ability,aesthetic creation and other aspects significantly,and make them show their obvious innovative characteristics in the classroom activities.
